Chapter History
Alpha Beta
The Alpha Beta Chapter of Tri Sigma was founded as the first sorority on Kent State’s campus in 1925. The chapter finally opened the doors of its brand-new home on Fraternity Circle in 2011, a historic year for Tri Sigma at KSU. Each year the Alpha Beta was the first chapter to host Tri Sigma Night Live, as their philanthropy event to raise money for the Tri Sigma Foundation. We are so proud that this event has helped us raise the most money nationally for the triennium of 2010-2013. The event has raised thousands of dollars and continues to grow in size each year.

National Awards:
- Top Donating Chapter for the Triennium 2010-2013, and 2013-2017- Most money raised nationally for 7 years straight
